Coza Huffman is currently the Director of Communication and Retention at Bama Companies in Tulsa, OK.  Coza is responsible for communication in the three Tulsa facilities and developing and implementing plans for employee retention.  She coordinates events and activities for the company for fund-raising and for the employees.  Coza is responsible for the Bama Aid program, which gives emergency financial assistance to employees due to unplanned events.

Prior to her current position at Bama Companies, Coza held the position of Director of Operations for Bama Pie and Bama Foods.  In this role, Coza was responsible for quality, sanitation, maintenance and production functions of a manufacturing facility, a 24/7 operation.  Coza previously served as Production Manager for Bama Companies, where she was responsible for production functions at a facility which provides biscuits for McDonald’s.  Coza traveled to China three times to coordinate and support growth with new products.

Coza received an Associates Degree in Industrial Management from Tulsa Junior College.  She is Six Sigma Green Belt certified for project lead, facilitation and data collection and evaluation with Minitab software.
