For over 20 years, Jodi Fyfe has been a master at throwing parties; whether the dining experience is for 10 or 20,000, she creates memories with every bite. Her passion for throwing the most talked about parties helped spark the idea for Paramount Events, Chicago’s new resource for unparalleled service and imaginative events.

Over the past few years as Fyfe saw Chicago’s culinary popularity grow, she realized there was an opportunity to bring together new concepts to the catering industry. So she teamed up with culinary greats and Chicago hometown heroes Jimmy Bannos and Tony Pontillo as Paramount Events partners. All three grew up together in the rival Chicago suburbs, yet their paths crossed professionally for many years. Their common love of food, creativity and pushing limits for event service planted the seeds of Paramount Events. This culinary trifecta has more than 70 years combined experience and dedication to making people fall in love with their food and service.

Prior to Paramount Events, Fyfe led Blue Plate business development; subsequently, in the role of President, she took the company to a new level of distinction with unprecedented events, garnering national recognition. As a leader within ARAMARK Corporation for 10 years, Fyfe directed the Chicagoland business dining market and was responsible for the inception of the off-premise catering division. Fyfe’s experience with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts was the foundation for building her keen sense of detail and passion for assuring lasting business relationships.

Paramount Events, officially launching in April 2011, fills the void when it comes to extraordinary cuisine for the masses, serving clients for weddings, corporate and special events. Paramount Events believes in personalization and options. This new catering concept blends traditional catering services with a fresh new approach by including some of the Windy City’s most beloved restaurants. This concept allows clients to customize the Paramount Events dining options.

Besides her passion for throwing memorable events, Fyfe has a strong commitment to community service. She uses her talents to raise money for nonprofits close to her heart. Over the past seven years, Fyfe has raised more than $600,000 for Y-ME Breast Cancer Organization through private donations, events and creating a team in memory of her cousin called “Carrie’s Crusade” for the nonprofit’s “Race at Your Pace” held every Mother’s Day. She has also created a Windy City tradition when it comes to “fun”draising! Fyfe founded Tickled Pink, a charity bash for Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization. She launched Tickled Pink in 2005 in memory of her cousin with parties raising more than $150,000 to date. Tickled Pink is regarded as one of Chicago’s “hottest parties,” and is attended by local celebrities and media personalities. Fyfe is also President of the Auxiliary Board for Hephzibah Children’s Organization.
