Saira has represented corporate, nonprofit, and governmental interests in the legislative and regulatory health policy arena for over 15 years in Washington, DC. She is experienced in positioning and leveraging policy and political information for overall corporate success, as well as designing business solutions by identifying and creating advocacy opportunities and translating them into strategic legislative and regulatory results. Saira’s successes in project management are based on her proven abilities of in-depth analysis, simplifying complex situations, and the accurate assessment of resources. Saira received a B.A. of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park (1989) where she graduated Magna cum laude. She then went on to the University of Virginia School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor degree (1995).
