Founders, Mimi Kaplan and Ann MarcouY-ME began with a simple idea generated by two women, Mimi Kaplan and Ann Marcou, who were struggling to cope with their breast cancer diagnosis.  They sat across the kitchen table from one another and talked – and they wanted other women to benefit from sharing their experience with another survivor.  With the support of many, this concept grew into the Y-ME Hotline.

Today, Y-ME is the only place in the world to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and talk to a breast cancer survivor and be understood in 150 languages.
