Self Care Tips

When I was in treatment in 1998, I used my mind to escape from the days when I didn't feel so well. I would visualize my grandchildren and me doing our favorite activities: reading a book, playing in the yard, squirting silly string at each other, lying on the grass and counting the stars while imagining what was really up there.
