This October, Pepsi is donating $100,000 to Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization to make sure no one has to face breast cancer alone.
"As an avid supporter of Y-ME, Pepsi is partnering with the organization to support its efforts to educate and empower those affected by breast cancer," said William Langford, Vice President/Marketing, Pepsi Beverages Company. "Breast cancer is something no one should face alone, and Y-ME ensures no one will have to."
On top of their generous donation, Pepsi will give supermarket aisles in Midwestern markets an October makeover to encourage women to "support courage" and call the 24/7 Y-ME Hotline. Select Pepsi and Diet Pepsi products will bear a pink ribbon, and in-store messaging will let women know the resources Y-ME makes available to them – from our Hotline to the Wig and Prosthesis Bank to our online Message Boards.
