Join us at the 2008 National Breast Cancer Coalition Annual Advocacy Training Conference!

Interested in getting involved with breast cancer advocacy? The Y-ME IlliNOISY Advocacy Network will be traveling to Washington, DC in April to attend the 2008 Annual Advocacy Training Conference and Lobby Day. The purpose of the conference is to education breast cancer survivors and supporters on legislative advocacy, highlighting recent research and major players in the field. Participants will attend seminars and workshops, learning how to become a breast cancer advocate in their own community. On the last day, participants will go onto Capitol Hill and meet with their Congressional leaders to discuss the legislative priorities of the National Breast Cancer Coalition.
