Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization is pleased to announce the establishment of a Y-ME Affiliate in Denver. Now, the greater Denver community has easier access thann ever to our free-of-charge programs and services, especially the 24-hour Y-ME National Breast Cancer Hotline. Through the Y-ME satellite office, we're increasing awareness of our support services and have brought Y-ME's premier Mother's Day Event to the city. Get involved!

Breast Health Awareness

No Secrets - Information is Available!

Working together we can use education and knowledge to replace fear and myths about breast cancer and its consequences. The Rocky Mountain Affiliate offers workshops to familiarize the community with Breast Cancer Health Basics. Workshops are less than an hour and can come to your community group provide a company “brown bag” event.

Answer Hotline calls in your area and around the country

Looking for a way to help others touched by breast cancer? Y-ME wants your expertise! Breast cancer survivors from across the country are needed to become Y-ME Hotline peer counselors.

Share your knowledge, and give information, resource assistance and support to callers who would like to talk to someone who’s been there. A two-day training seminar is provided.

Speakers: Five individuals will help celebrate Y-ME's 30th anniversary by discussing their experiences with male breast cancer, being single with cancer, having children after treatment, the African-American experience, living with advanced cancer and coping with risk.
